A bike that made headlines upon release, now extremely difficult to find in collector grade condition & ever more so in zero mile unused condition.

The TL1000 was always known as being a bit of a monster.

A big powerful V Twin, plus a rear shock design that never really seemed to work very well, under hard use at least as it was often reported the rear shock would overheat.
All this meant they gained a bit reputation for being a little hard to ‘tame’. Many were crashed, many were modified to overcome the rear shock issues but in our experience it was part of what makes a TL1000 what it is, it is the character of the bike.

To find such an original example, especially in this condition is unheard of & we believe it could prove to be a great investment too.

All bodywork is original with original paint work.
The bodywork has been professionally machine polished whilst with us & this really shows the metallic in the paintwork, it looks sensational.

This includes the wheels which are in original paint, still sporting the original tyres.
The screen is still the original, the seats are superb, (rear seat is with the bike but not fitted) mudguard, footrest hangers…all in fantastic condition.
A few very minor storage marks on the exhaust cans are present, but these are minor & show a little authenticity.

Totally unmodified & a very iconic bike of the era, the TL 1000 S will go down in history for being one of the true ‘brutes’.

This bike has never been used, it has been a show piece its entire life.
The bike has never had fuel in it & never had a battery fitted to it.

Aesthetically the engine is free of any damage, and presents exactly as it should do.
