History

The K7 GSX-R750 is widely regarded as one of the great modern Suzuki sports bikes, combining the character & performance of a 750cc four-cylinder engine with the lightweight, focused chassis that made the GSX-R name so famous.

The Isle of Man TT Edition adds another layer of desirability, with only 200 examples produced to commemorate Suzuki’s association with the legendary TT.

Originally sold by CJ Ball Suzuki of Norwich, this example has had just one former keeper from new & has covered only 13,898 miles.

The low mileage is immediately apparent in the overall presentation of the bike, which retains the feel of a very well-cared for example.

Body & Paintwork

Finished in the distinctive Pearl Deep Blue over Solid Black, the TT Edition’s colour scheme perfectly suits the sharp, purposeful styling of the K7 GSX-R750.

All panels are in great condition & appear to be in original paintwork, only minor age-related imperfections can be seen which is mainly the typical minor chips to the front.

The bike is still fitted with the TT Specific double screen that it came with from the factory & the original mirrors & indicators, the number plate holder is original with no modifications (‘cutting down’ of the number plate holders was very common).

Overall a very nicely presenting, very low mileage example.

Interior & Trim

Obviously things such as the handlebar grips are showing very minimal wear with only 9k miles.

The top yoke is in great condition (often marked by keys in the ignition flapping around on to the top yoke), bar ends are undamaged, & the bike shows zero signs of ever being dropped.

Engine

At the heart of the K7 is Suzuki’s legendary 750cc inline four engine, widely regard as the sweet spot in sport bike displacement, blending the agile handling of a 600 with the muscular mid-range punch of a 1000.

The engine runs beautifully, even from cold.

All gears engage nicely & the clutch operates perfectly well.

The bike rides smoothly through the rev range & gives impressive performance.

If the bike is to put into a collection & not be used, then of course we can fully decommission the bike (all fuel drained & battery removed) ready to be displayed.

Running Gear

As with the rest of the bike, the running gear is all original & in great order.

Suspension & brakes feel fantastic, with superb braking performance and handling.
