Supplied new in 1987 by London main Porsche dealer – Charles Follett Limited to the first owner, Mr R Pattni.
Ordered with optional extra code – 975 (velour carpet in luggage compartment)

Mr Pattni sold the vehicle in 1989 and subsequently the car was purchased from Bramley Porsche by Mrs Baker 1989, Mrs baker went on to own the car for some 20 years!

MOT records are present from 1990 all the way through to 2015 (only 2013 is missing, however a sorn declaration states the car was not used in 2013).
The comprehensive service history records are present right from its very first service in 1987 at 1,128 miles, up until its most recent in January 2015 (at 14,978 miles).

22 stamps are within the original service/guarantee booklet, and also a large number of receipts/invoices are present to state exactly what works were carried out at each service.

An extremely well looked after vehicle, which has had very light use every year, and has been maintained to the highest of standards throughout its life.

Body & Paintwork

The bodywork on this vehicle is absolutely spotless, zero dents, scuffs or scratches.

Having inspected the car thoroughly with a paint depth gauge, we can confirm the car is in original paint except for only the luggage cover which has been painted extremely well indeed, in fact had we not had a paint depth gauge, then we would not have known it had been painted.

All the glass is unmarked, as are all lights and all badges.

The wheels are also original, with original valve supports still fitted.
So often these wheels are refurbished and have the incorrect finish, even when refurbished correctly it is still evident.

A truly immaculate 930 Turbo, which needs viewing to appreciate the originality and the quality of the car.

Interior & Trim

Of course, as per the rest of the car, the interior is without fault.

The black leather is still soft and without any dry/cracked areas, and the bolsters are simply superb.
All original, with nothing ever having been changed from how Porsche intended.

Everything works just as it should do, and none of the switchgear have any wear marks.

The steering wheel and gearknob are also without any signs of wear, and the interior still smells like new!


Meticulous maintenance and cherishing owners means this Turbo runs perfectly.

Starting from cold, the first turn of the key starts the car without fail, and it is immediately noticeable just how quietly and smoothly this car runs, even when cold.
On the road it is an absolute joy to drive, with the car happy to cruise along, and if the mood suits, also happy to demonstrate its performance credentials.

Of course, no smoking either on start up, idle, in boost or on overrun.
The gearbox is a pleasure to use, and the clutch has a great feel to it.

Running Gear

As can be seen in the pictures, all running gear is as new, with original coating/paint and original PDI markings from the factory – even the track rod ends are original with Porsche PDI markings and are perfect.

Any inspection welcome, and we are more than happy to put the vehicle on our ramp, in fact we would insist on showing any interested party just how incredible and original the underside is.
The vehicle can only be described as Concours!
