Purchased new by the only owner, and used only a couple of times after purchase, this Focus RS was put away due to the owner having other cars to use – including a newly acquired company vehicle.

With such little usage, the owner decided to purchase a carcoon storage system to keep the car away from any moisture, with a view of keeping it tucked away long term.

The RS was indeed kept tucked away, with periodic start ups and movements (to ensure no flat spots on the original tyres).
The vehicle has never been MOT’d (although the vehicle will come with 12 months MOT of course) nor has it been serviced as it has been a display item all of its life although the owner has changed the oil and oil filter periodically.

Finished in Performance Blue, this example presents very nicely with a great gloss finish to the paintwork, without any of the usual swirls/cleaning damage to the paint.

All trims are in great order, and of course the wheels are unmarked.
All badges present as new, as do the lights and glass.

As of course you would expect, the interior is simply like new.

The optional upgrade Dynamica partial leather seats are without any wear and are without doubt the best we have seen.
RS mats are still in place, and again, without wear.

Everything works just as it should do, and all areas are without wear, the usual points of contact all being as new – gear knob, handbrake, pedals etc.
All door cards, carpets, kick plates, and trims are without any damage or marking.

The car runs and drives exactly as it should do, and as you would expect.

As can be seen in the pictures, the engine bay itself presents really well, just as new in fact.
All original labels are still in place, and no changes have been made to the engine, or indeed the car in general.

As can be seen from the pictures, all running gear is in superb order and in original condition.

Known for suffering corrosion issues on the running gear due to poor coatings/finishes from factory, this example is totally original underneath and without any of the usual issues – we have had the car on our ramps and it is simply lovely.

The car drives exactly as you would expect, no unwanted noises, and everything feeling tight/as new.
Wheels are unmarked and the tyres are the correct original fitment tyres.
