The Honda Civic Type R EP3 is fast becoming a very sought after hot hatch, with its much admired chassis and engine, it is not hard to see why.

What we have here is the ‘ultimate’ UK variant of the EP3 Type R… A Premier Edition which was the run off/final model.
With low mileage, low owner original examples becoming more & more difficult to find, we do not expect this example to be for sale for long at all.

The first 5 qty services were Honda main dealer services, and the latest was carried out by a local Honda specialist.
Original booklets are present, in the original wallet, both original keys are also present, along with various invoices and MOT certificates.

Finished in Black, this example looks great in all original paintwork.

All glass, badges, decals and trims are all original, and are of course in good order, the headlamps look beautiful.
The rear glass is factory tinted, as was standard on the Premier Edition.

All wheels are in original finish having not been refurbished, in fact the car still wears its original tyres! (We would advise these are changed if a buyer was planning to use the car)
This is a very nicely presenting example, which is extremely rare to find now.
The car has recently been detailed, so none of the usual swirly black paint you find on many examples.

Some light stone chipping on the front of the car, as you would expect on a black car, and a small imperfection on the rear bumper, these do not detract from the car overall, it is a great example.

The interior is as per the rest of the car, looking absolutely great and with this example being a Premier Edition, it has the fantastic Red & Black Recaro seats, along with red carpets and door inserts, all of which are in beautiful condition.

All buttons, trims and switches are in good condition, the steering wheel, gear knob, and pedal rubbers are all in great order, still looking like new.

Likewise, the back of the front seats are unmarked, and the rear seats look to have had very little – if any use.

The carpets, and plastic trims are without any damage, and the floor mats are still in good condition also.
A very nice place to be, whilst enjoying one of the best ‘Hot Hatches’ produced in modern times.

The legendary K20 – What an engine!

Anybody familiar with these cars, will know that the engine is the star of the show, a high revving 4 cylinder with VTEC which loves to rev!

Mated to a beautifully operating 6 speed manual gearbox, these are well known for being a superb car to drive, and to cover ground at a very impressive rate should the mood take you.

Highly regarded as one of the best fwd drivers cars and hot hatches of modern times, the EP3 chassis and the K20 engine are a superb combination.
The engine loves to be revved and the VTEC noise is addictive.

The engine bay itself presents well, as per the pictures.

On the road all running gear performs exactly as you would expect.
The clutch and gearbox operate beautifully, and handling is great as you would expect.

We have had all calipers stripped and rebuilt with new seals.
A beautiful car to both drive, and look at to admire.
