History

Given the fact that the late great Nicky Hayden won the 2006 Moto GP world Championship on a Repsol Honda, it seemed only right that Honda release an official Repsol CBR 1000 RR in 2007 to celebrate.

Rumoured to be only 300qty for the UK (although never confirmed by Honda), the genuine 2007 Repsol bikes are starting to attract collectors.

Purchased new by the only owner, a change in circumstance meant that they were sadly not able to ride the bike much, but instead it was treasured & lived inside the owners house.
In 2020 the owner had Padgetts collect the bike, and do a major recommission service (invoice is in the file). That was at 60 miles.

The bike has now covered a mere 155 miles.

Obviously all booklets & keys are with the bike, along with the original purchase invoice.

Body & Paintwork

All bodywork is original with original paint work.

This includes the wheels which are in original paint, still sporting the original tyres. (We would suggest these are changed if a buyer intends to use the bike)
The screen is still the original, the seats are superb, hugger/chain guard, mudguard, footrest hangers…all in fantastic condition.

Totally unmodified & in the iconic Repsol colours after Nicky Hayden winning the Moto GP world championship in 2006 aboard the Repsol Honda.
A truly special bike, in true collectors condition & mileage.

Interior & Trim

All trims/switchgears are in superb condition.

Engine

As you would expect with such low miles, the bike runs beautifully & the engine is very quiet.

We have currently drained the fuel from the bike & removed the battery, predicting that the bike will likely go into a collection with such low miles, obviously we can easily & quickly have the bike up & running should a buyer choose so.

Aesthetically the engine is free of any damage, and presents exactly as it should do.

Running Gear

As can be seen in the pictures, all running gear is in superb order, you could argue the bikes looks like it has never been ridden at all!
