All paintwork is original, and as the day it left the factory.
It is also worth noting, that the private registration was fitted from new, as the owners name was Roy.


Mr Green purchased this car on 29th April 1984 from his local Toyota main dealership, Sidcup Toyota Centre, Kent.
Mr Green traded in his previous Toyota Celica as detailed on the original purchase invoice which is of course present.

It cost the very grand sum of £11,372.08 and came with factory fitted Toyota mats.

Some old MOT’s are present with the car, as detailed below.
Both sets of keys, with the original supplying dealership keyrings.
Original windows stickers and registration plates still fitted (private registration fitted from new).

Mr Green purchased this vehicle when in his 50’s, he is now in his 80’s and reluctantly sold the vehicle due to very little usage over the last few years.

Body & Paintwork

The bodywork on this particular Celica Supra is simply outstanding, and completely original.

It is well known that these cars, suffered from the dreaded rust issues, even more so than the majority of 80’s cars.
We have experience with these cars, and this car has never had any welding, nor does it need any welding.

The underside is in fantastic shape, surely the best original, unrestored example remaining.

The car has no dents, no scratches, and save for a few small stonechip’s to the front, the paintwork is unmarked.
No corrosion in the usual ‘problem areas’, and a great shine to the two tone original paintwork.

Viewing is highly recommended, as the pictures simply do not do this car justice.

All lights work as they should and are all in superb condition, all badges are without signs of deterioration and are original.
All glass is very good, with no scratching or marking.

This 30 year old car, has never had any paintwork!
Its just like the day it left the factory.

The interior in this car, is literally as new!
All seats are without any damage or wear, as are the carpets.

Everything works just as it should do, the digital dash has no missing pixels and operates just as new.
Original stereo which has never been removed, works perfectly also and the electric aerial works perfectly everytime!

The electric sunroof and windows work as they should, and the rollback boot cover operates perfectly with both original clips intact.


The inline 6 cylinder engine (5M-GEU), runs very well indeed, very quiet, and without any hesitations.
The 5 speed gearbox (W58) selects gear faultlessly, without any whining noises or problems changing up or down the gears.

With a claimed 178bhp and 212lb ft, the Celica supra was certainly no slouch, and even by todays standards, is still a brisk car to drive.

Mr Green was known for building some of the fastest UK Cobra Replica’s, and the Supra was maintained thoroughly by MR Green, as he did not trust any other mechanics to work on his car.
Meticulously cared for, it is clear to see this car has been the love of Mr Green’s life, and is a beautiful, faultless drive, smoke free drive.

Running Gear

Just as you would expect, having given the condition of the rest of the car….
The running gear is no different, all tyres have plenty of tread, and are matching Pirelli P6 tyres, in the correct size of 225/60/14.

The brakes are fantastic, and pull nice and straight with good stopping power.
Steering is precise, and without any ‘wobble’ at speed, and runs nice and straight.

Gearbox is smooth, and rear diff (which is LSD as standard) does not whine.

A fantastic drive, without any issues at all!
