We’re interested in buying classic cars that will provide both enjoyment and a good return on investment for our clients and customers.

Our list includes cars we’d like to buy for ourselves, cars that clients have asked us to find and those modern classics we know will be welcome on the driveway of any genuine enthusiast.

The main focus of our showroom is on factory performance cars from the 1980s; Cosworth, RS Turbo, GTi, GTE, M3 etc.
However, we’re happy to consider all marques and models from the 1960s to the 1990s, so if you have something interesting then please don’t hesitate to speak to us.

There are several factors we consider before looking at a car to add to our collection:

Rarity – How many are left
Desirability – Is it sought-after
History – Has it been well documented?
Condition – Is it in excellent or mint condition?
Heritage – Where has it been, who owned it etc?

We’ll travel anywhere in the UK to find the right car.

The cars may be glamorous, but we have spent many uncomfortable nights in motorway services car parks, trying to sleep in a van.

We have also wasted entire weekends driving the length and breadth of the country to be shown cars that are long overdue a visit to the restoration shop.

However, most of our road trips have been successful, nowhere is too far to go if there’s a genuine modern classic at the end of the journey.

Selling to Appreciating Classics could not be easier, simply make contact with us either by telephone or email, and we will discuss the vehicle you are looking to sell.
We will arrange to travel to you, when it is most convenient for you, and view the vehicle.

We will then securely transfer funds directly to you, and usually take the car on the same day.

We can also accommodate commission sales, although 95% of our cars are owned by ourselves, we have sold on a commission basis previously with great success.
