We are very pleased to offer our fantastic Abarth Grande Punto Esseesse to the market.

Until recently the Abarth Punto has been a little over looked, but suddenly collectors & enthusiasts alike have started to take notice. What we have here is a very low mileage, superb condition example which would be pleasing to anybody searching for an AGP (Abarth Grande Punto), but on top of that it is an Esseesse model, with certificate & correct stamping in the service booklet to confirm a genuine ‘official’ Esseesse model.

A collectors grade example which can still be enjoyed on occasion if a buyer so wished.

The Abarth Grande Punto was a great looking car from the off…. but upon ordering the Grande Punto, a few options were available to increase both the performance & the aesthetic appeal.

The Esseesse upgrade option was a very expensive box to tick, totalling around £4,000.00.
The Esseesse package would be delivered to the supplying dealer in a wooden Abarth crate & all parts/upgrades would be fitted by the supplying dealer.

The service book would usually (although not always) be stamped by the dealer, a certificate supplied & a letter given as confirmation.

The package consisted of: Esseesse badging to the tailgate & to the engine cover, Lightweight 18″ alloy wheels with Pirelli tyres, Uprated brake discs & pads, different suspension springs, a Garrett GT1446 turbocharger, upgraded injectors, revised fuel rail, BMC intake/air filter, upgraded manifold & exhaust & an ECU mapping change to account for all of the upgrades.

These changes equated to 180bhp rather than the standard 155bhp.

This example has the Esseesse stamp in the service book along with the certificate & letter.
It also has various old MOT certificates & service invoices/stamps, with the most recent being in 2022 at 3,574 miles.
Spare key, brochure, all booklets & a buyers guide are all within the history file as well.

As can clearly be seen from the pictures, the bodywork is in fantastic condition, having recently benefitted from a full detail & ceramic coating.

Wearing the optional Abarth red striping, the car is certainly a ‘looker’, complimented perfectly by the standard fit red mirror caps & the Esseesse 18″ lightweight alloy wheels.

All badges, trims, glass & lights are in great condition as you would fully expect.

A fantastically presented example throughout.

Just as the exterior, the interior of this Abarth Punto present very well indeed.

All switchgear works exactly as it should do.

Carpets & mats are is great order without any damage, the steering wheel, gear knob, pedals all have very minimal wear.
The seats are fantastic, bolsters still firm with no signs of wear.

A very nice place to be.

Being an Esseesse model, the upgrade list is long….

All listed further up the listing, but the outcome is an increase from 155bhp to 180bhp.
This means 0-60mph in 7.7 seconds with a top speed of over 130mph.

On the road the car performs very nicely, with no hesitations throughout the rev range.
Zero smoke on start up, idle or on boost.

As can be seen the engine bay itself presents very well.
Regular servicing has been carried out, especially when considering the low mileage of the car.

As you would fully expect, the running gear is in great order.

The clutch and gearbox operate very nicely, braking is very good, all wheels are in unmarked condition with recently new tyres fitted.
