Body & Paintwork
The Ice Blue paintwork is in good order throughout and looks fantastic.
We believe all the paintwork to be original, and remarkably with 53k miles the car has very few blemishes or chips.
Only a few small chips at the front, all of which are small, if fact barely noticeable and the body has no signs of any corrosion.
All lights are undamaged, and all decals/badges are in good order.
All glass is original and without any scratches as can sometimes be seen on side windows.
The wheels were professionally refreshed some years ago, and still look great today (receipt is present).
A fantastic colour combination, and a real ‘stand out from the crowd’ Subaru.
Interior & Trim
The interior of this car presents very well.
Original Subaru rubber mats are fitted, and are all in good condition.
No damage to any areas, and certainly looks much less than 53k miles in here.
The seats are all in good condition without any tears, rips or burns, and the bolsters are without any failing.
A small mark on the drivers seat is present, although this is very small indeed.
A set of Defi gauges have been fitted at great expense, which compliment the interior perfectly.
Also a Alpine headunit has been fitted (original is present).
As can be seen by the history, the car has been very well maintained, and has clearly been loved.
The engine starts first turn of the key with no hesitation, and idles perfectly from start up.
The engine itself is nice and quiet, with no smoking either on idle, on boost or on over run.
As you would expect with a claimed 316bhp, the car performs very well indeed.
Acceleration is smooth through the gears with no hesitations, just smooth power delivery throughout.
The addition of a Blitz Nur Spec cat back exhaust and a HKS blow off valve allow the WR1 make the noise that many claim it should have from factory.
With the car having regular servicing, as you would expect, the car wants for nothing.
The brakes are all in good order all round, with the no nasty lips on discs etc..
Tyre’s are all in very good order with lots of life left, and are premium Yokohama Prada’s.
Suspension all feels nice and tight, performing very well with no noises at all.
Clutch and gearbox operate very nicely, the DCCD has no problems and works perfectly…..the car is an all round pleasure to drive.
